| The bonuses for this "rare" item are sad currently. There is no spec, and a masters wand, which is spawnable, has better bonuses. This item should be fixed to reflect its rare status, at least stat wise, the spec isn't that great.

| Another problem I see is with the SGS spec. It doesn't really do anything besides take your spec bar, as it does not heal your HP OR your prayer points | |

Spec would be like get mage level raised 130/99
or something or no spec, but it needs to get more bonuses | |
