So today i spent about a half hour Search all of the server to find a spot to start fishing, and the only place i and Domo only found the one at catherby, which you need 68 fishing to net, and 76 to harpoon, which is for sharks, but all other spots the we looked for, So all im asking for is a spot to add to our skilling.

I have 80 fishing. 1-40 you net (closest spot to the bank) 40-76 harpoon/cage tunas (next spot) and sharks to 99 up the beach 2 spots up.
