With stalls disabled the only person you can thieve are men and guards. The experience is just unrealistic compared to the slower ones such as fishing/fletching. I am just suggesting possibly a little larger rate on experience to men/guards(or make it where higher the level more chance of double thieving et cetera. When a skiller takes three days to get 86 thief you know something is wrong...
