Nothing will work..

Well a friend referred me to this server from another dieing server and i thought i would try it out and not to try and be pushy but probably donate seeing the donor shop and cheap prices.

the problem is with the client, i tried loading it, and it said "error loading, please report" so i asked my friend and he was clueless so i decided okay ill download the client i suppose, after downloading and extracting the client i saw that there was nothing to load in the folder wtf...
idk about the client issue but im sure the webclient isnt only a problem of mine as i've been searching through the posts... please help

and the whole delething cache thing doesn't work.
