Guy claims to be an admin and threatens to ban people.

Ok this guy was farcasting and whenever he got attacked he would threaten to ban whoever attacked him, unless they stopped.

Now if this guy is an admin, please forgive me, but im pretty certain hes not.

But I don't play the 517 so I don't really know the admins around there, but im pretty sure he wasn't, he was saying it for ages, yet it never happened.
